About Us
Natalya has been married for over 28 years and has two children. She grew up Jacksonville FL but is a North Carolina native and has lived in Raleigh for the past 28years. She is passionate about helping people win with money, build wealth, and become debt free. Natalya enjoys helping people not only reach their home ownership and financial goals but also receive breakthrough in other areas of their lives. She has spent the last 28 years helping thousands of clients achieve their goal of home ownership and reach financial freedom. Natalya is a Real Estate/Home Lending Specialist and is an industry leader with a proven track record in sales, customer satisfaction, coaching and leadership. She is a certified performance coach and helps identify problem areas, find solutions, and remove the obstacles that have held them back. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach, speaking, reading/writing, traveling, and using her interior design skills assisting her husband & clients flip homes.
Natalya is currently part of the Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation/Don Waters Team.
Natalya's Explanation of Service: "I believe each person is uniquely made and gifted by our creator. I believe I was gifted with the unique ability to help people navigate through the life changing experience of purchasing a home and helping them make sound financial decisions. Sadly, I have found most people spend too much time researching what type of appliances to buy for their new home than they do to finding the right person to assist with the home buying (or refinance) process. Most people focus on rate, term and fees and while these things are important and should be addressed, as a Home Loan Specialist, I believe there is far more at stake. I believe I am divinely positioned into my clients lives so that I can impact them in a much greater way. A home mortgage is typically the family's largest liability, yet their home’s equity is typically their largest asset. This means that I am obligated to do much more than just getting my clients to the closing table on time. I don't believe my work is finished at closing. It is my mission to help clients position themselves to become debt free. I provide my clients with ways (through counsel) how to pay off their debts quickly (including their mortgage). As clients eliminate their debt, they are better equipped to help others and pursue their God Given Dreams. I am not in the mortgage business to do as many transactions as I can, but to build a life-long relationship with each client. I have equipped myself with the best team that provides a positive and referable client experience. I choose to serve each client with the heart of a teacher and not of a salesperson."
Natalya was a Talk Show Radio Host that was dedicated to building the local Real Estate market. She also is a real estate/home financing content provider to local outlets. She enjoys educating, coaching, and connecting with like-minded professionals that have a heart to serve others. She plans to resume her real estate/wealth building talk radio show soon.
